  1. We Don't Allow Any Food Or Drinks From Customers To Our Premises
  2. Clients Must Be Of Their Best Behavior Once They Get To The Premise
  3. Pictures Are Allowed But Make Sure Not To Capture Other Clients Or The Staff At The Premise
  4. If You Are In A Group, All Members Must Be Available Before You All Move Up Once Your Reservation Is Confirmed
  5. A Non-Refundable Table Reservation Deposit Of; GHS 200 per head Should Be Paid To 0593129546 (Steaman Group Ltd). Any Bill Amount Spent Will Be Paid By Client Before Leaving The Premises Or An Agreeable Arrangements Made For The Payment
  6. If You Fail To Show Up Without Any Prior Notification (2hrs Before Reservation Time), You Forfeit Your Deposit. 50% Of The Deposited Amount Will Be Charged If You Are Late For Reservation Without Any Prior Notification (At Least An Hour).
  7. Reservations Are Booked And Confirmed Once A Client Makes Full Payment Of Their Respective Reservation. You Forfeit Your Reservation Deposit If You Fail To Show Up For Your Reservation Once Booked And Confirmed. Canceling On Promptly Of Any Hindrances Or Challenges
  8. We Reserve The Right To Cancel Your Reservation If You Are Late And We Can't Reach You On The Number You Used For The Reservation. Do Well To Alert Us Ahead Of Time If You Will Be Late Or Can't Make It
  9. Special Events Ie: Birthday, Bridal Shower Etc Comes With An Insurance Charge Of 300cedis.
  10. We Entreat All Clients To Be Time Conscious And Prompt To Help Us Serve All Clients Since We Work With A Limited Space.
